Vinyl Railing Installation

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
OF VINYL RAILING
  1. Prepare flat, clean surface are to assemble panels. Use precaution to avoid "marring" the parts.

  2. Lay bottom rail face down and begin inserting pickets into routed holes, beginning on one end and working across the section.

  3. Once all pickets are installed re-check to ensure that they are aligned straight as this will aid in attaching the top rail to the assembled portion.

  4. Mate the routed openings of the top rail to the exposed ends of the pickets. Begin inserting the pickets into the holes and work across the section.

  5. Once the panel is fully assembled you may elect to wrap a strap, rope or other means around the panel to keep it from separating until it is installed. Prior to installation, trim support stub to appropriate length (should fit snugly between aluminum and floor surface). Insert support stub into routed opening on bottom side of bottom rail.
