Penn Fencing, Inc. shipping policies:
General:
We here at Penn Fencing, Inc. make every effort to carefully inspect all products before packaging and package each order in such a way as to reduce shipping costs as much as possible and insure that all products arrive in an undamaged condition.
We cannot assume responsibility for damage incurred during shipment. It is the responsibility of the receiver to carefully inspect all packages for damage and report damage to the carrier prior to signing for release from the carrier.
UPS:
Most of our on-line items are packaged small enough to ship via UPS. When items are added to your shopping cart, a shipping estimator will display service levels and pricing based on your zip code. The user can then select a service level based on shipping times and pricing during final checkout.
Common Carrier Freight:
Some of our larger products require shipping via common carrier freight. When items are added to your shopping cart, a shipping estimator will display carrier options and pricing based on your zip code. The user can then select a carrier based on shipping times and pricing during final check out.
Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the receiver to provide a method of unloading the material. The carrier will not provide a lift gate unless prior arrangements have been made which will increase the rates.
Returns and Exchanges:
Penn Fencing, Inc. will gladly accept returns and refund or credit the purchase price of any material returned to us in its original new condition. We cannot, however, refund the cost of shipping.
